CLTS Corporate Sole
Above is an introductory video which provides an overview of a Corporate Sole Trust Model for your review.
*This process is for approved CLTS Prospective Members who have completed their AOK Agreement Process.
Important Note: The process laid out below is required for all new CLTS prospective members. Individual email, phone and/or text communications are prohibited by CLTS by laws. All communications, Q&A’s and/or comments are required to be discussed and managed during your scheduled CLTS meeting times.
The Process To Implementing Your CLTS Corporate Sole Trust Model:
To complete your Asset Protection Trust process, CLTS conducts a 6 (six) week educational structure as described below. These 6 (six) week education and implementation programs are conducted once per calendar quarter.
The 6 (six) week educational process includes 1 (one) weekly live presentation via Zoom. Each weekly live presentation will follow the educational curriculum shown below. Q&As will be conducted at the end of each live presentation. Recordings of each live educational presentation and associated Q&A will be uploaded to your member online portal approximately 36 hours after the live presentation. You may access your member online portal 24/7 from any computer or mobile device.
Each live weekly presentation will cover a specific topic related to Asset Protection Trusts as seen below, to include but not limited to: reading / supplemental materials as well as detailed descriptions of your homework assignments to be conducted between each live event.
After Week 2 (two), you will have a 2 (two) week break to follow specific CLTS instructions prior to the start of the Week 5 (five) live presentation. But completing these tasks prior to the start of Week 5 (five), CLTS will gift you a copy of your personalized draft Asset Protection Trust.
During the Week 5 (five) live presentation, CLTS will provide you your second and final set of specific instructions in order to produce your second CLTS gift in the form of your final Asset Protection Trust and associated Trust EIN. Final Asset Protection Trusts are produced in electronic PDF format and delivered to you by the start of Week 6 (six).
During Week 7 (seven) you will receive training from CLTS on how to initiate and operate your new trust. And during Week 7 (seven) CLTS provides you a final live presentation on how to operate your trust during your first 180 (one hundred eighty) calendar days.

Following this week’s instruction, you will complete your Business Trust Data Gathering Form as well as your Corporate Sole Data Gathering Form.
You will be provides approximately 2 (two) weeks, prior to your Week 4 live presentation, to complete this week’s homework assignments.

For completing Week 2’s homework assignments, CLTS will gift you a copy of your personalized draft Business Trust as well as your draft Corporate Sole documents.
Digital Business Trust & Corporate Sole Edit Form.
Homework Assignments:
This Week your homework assignment will be to follow this week’s live presentation to review your draft Business Trust & draft Corporate Sole, and to utilize the Digital Business Trust & Corporate Sole Edit Form to supply CLTS with any permissible edits / changes to your draft trust.

Trust Related Income & Expenses (Trust Generated Income, Loans To Trust, Permissible & Non Permissible Trust Related Expenses).

For completing Week 4’s homework assignments, CLTS will gift you a copy of your personalized final Business Trust, final Corporate Sole related documents as well as your trust related EIN.
Homework Assignments:
There are no homework assignments for Week 5. This time should be taken to become familiar with your new final trust copy and EIN.

Homework Assignments:
There are no homework assignments for Week 6. This time should be taken begin your first 180 day process in becoming familiar with the operation of your trust and corporate sole.
* Your 6 (six) week curriculum will be supplemented by free access to your own member online portal. Week 4 is a biweek in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Approximately 36 hours after a live presentation event, CLTS will upload a recording to your online portal in case you are unable to attend a live event. Your online portal will be broken into the 6 (six) week format as seen above, with each week containing a video of the live presentation, supplemental documents as well as detailed descriptions of your weekly homework assignments.
